Sinopsis
As every year the Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlan, together with the Municipal Government develops the festivities of the Grito de Independencia in Plazuela República, this year through a different artistic concept that highlights Mexican music, its roots and customs. We will celebrate this special date remembering Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla at dawn on September 16, 1810, which marked the independence of our country.
