The program of the Cultural Festival of Mazatlan 2014 was released under the slogan “El arte con arraigo” (The art with roots). From October 9, to December 20, all Mazatlan will be touched by art thanks to the many events that will be presented all over the city.

“Cats,” the legendary Broadway musical comes to Mazatlan. For the first time in the Cultural Festival of Mazatlan ´14, the Angela Peralta Theater is ready to receive one of the most celebrated creations of the legendary producer Andrew Lloyd Weber. “Cats” will have two presentations on Saturday Oct 11, 6pm and 9pm at the Angela Peralta Theater.

After performing the “King of Rock & Roll” Elvis Presley and Bee Gees, in his last two visits to the city, the extraordinary musician and singer Héctor Ortiz returns to the Angela Peralta Theater on Nov 6 and 7, in the Cultural Festival of Mazatlan ´14, this time to perform another rock legend, Jim Morrison.
