La maestra Bertha Alicia Duarte, profesora titular del taller, dio la bienvenida al público y agradeció el apoyo del maestro Aarón Alberto López Arce por ofrecer en “El barquito de papel” una modesta pero importantísima edición de autor que reúne los poemas, cuentos, juegos y divertimentos literarios que los integrantes del grupo realizaron a lo largo de un ciclo de estudios. Posteriormente se procedió a la lectura coral del poema “No he querido preguntar” en donde niños y niñas demostraron sus habilidades lectoras y su capacidad para interpretar las imágenes y emociones de estos versos.
Durante el evento los pequeños ofrecieron sus creaciones originales con coloridos versos sobre animales, historias de piratas plagadas de ocurrencias, castillos embrujados y otros textos colmados de imaginación, emoción y belleza.
Así, Valeria de la Flor de Liz Martínez Naranjo, David Eduardo Rodríguez González, Dilan Guadalupe Ávalos Ruíz, Amy Shaniel Pano Romero, Lucio Martínez Naranjo, Montserrat Soto Ibarra, Jesús Emilio Sotelo Alarcón, Fernando Soto Ibarra y Yamil Natanael Juárez Hernández, tuvieron en esta calurosa tarde de junio un motivo más para celebrar su acercamiento al maravilloso mundo de la literatura gracias a “El mar y sus pececitos”.

“The Sea and its Little Fish” celebrates the end of classes “El mar y sus pececitos” (the sea and its little fish”, the oldest literary workshop of the School of Arts of the Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlan, celebrated the end of the 2016-2017 term last Friday at the Museum of Music with an event starring the presentation of the book “Paper Boat”. Maestra Bertha Alicia Duarte, Professor of the workshop, welcomed the audience and thanked maestro Aarón Alberto López Arce for his support of offering a modest but very important edition of “Paper Boat” which brings together poems, stories, plays and literary diversions that the members of the group worked on throughout a cycle of studies.
They then proceeded to the choral reading of the poem “No he quierido preguntar” (I have not wanted to ask) in where boys and girls showed their literacy skills and their ability to interpret the images and emotions of these verses. During the event, children offered their original creations with colorful verses about animals, stories of pirates full of happenings, haunted castles and other texts full of imagination, emotion and beauty.
