El inmortal cuento sinfónico infantil que el compositor ruso Serguei Prokófiev compuso en 1936 refrescó esta calurosa tarde de junio con un divertido y dinámico espectáculo dancístico que atrajo con su colorido y bella música a públicos de todas las edades que atestó la explanada del Palacio Municipal. El travieso y desobediente “Pedro” (Edián Zatarain); su amoroso y gruñón “Abuelo” (Giovanni Armenta), el simpático “Pajarito” (Carolina Osuna), el vanidoso “Pato” (Milai Rodríguez); el pícaro “Gato” (Frida Carrillo), el terrible “Lobo” (Martha Mariana Romero) y los valientes cazadores (Andrea Zatarain, Gabriel Acosta, Kevin Sillas, y Zaid Cervantes) tejieron un entretenido relato que contó con la adaptación coreográfica del maestro Guillermo Carrillo y la dirección de la maestra Zoila Fernández.
Así, este clásico del ballet universal entretuvo a las familias porteñas gracias a esta iniciativa del Ayuntamiento de Mazatlán y el Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlán que continuará el martes 4 de julio a las 18:00 horas en este mismo escenario, con el concierto estelarizado por el Coro Guillermo Sarabia que tendrá como invitados especiales al Barítono José Adán Pérez y al Tenor Carlos Osuna, bajo la dirección del maestro Enrique Patrón De Rueda.

The Adventures of Peter and the Wolf in the Plaza Republica
The M Artes of Cultura program, offering free artistic Plaza Republica with a performance of the students of the Municipal School of Ballet of the Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlan. The immortal symphonic children’s story by Russian composer Serguei Prokófiev in 1936, cooled this warm June evening with a fun and dynamic dance show which attracted audience of all ages who filled the Esplanade of the Municipal Palace, with its colorful and beautiful music. The mischievous and disobedient “Peter” (Edián Zatarain); his grumpy and loving “Grandfather” (Giovanni Armenta), the sympathetic “Pajarito” (Carolina Osuna), the vain “Duck” (Milai Rodríguez); the rogue “Cat” (Frida Carrillo), the terrible “Wolf” (Martha Mariana Romero) and the brave Hunters (Andrea Zatarain, Gabriel Acosta, Kevin chairs, and Zaid Cervantes) wove an entertaining story that featured the choreographic adaptation of maestro Guillermo Carrillo and the direction of maestra Zoila Fernandez.
