Course of Singing, Vocalization, and Introduction
From September 4 to 8, the renowned maestro Antonio González will teach a course of singing specializing in vocalization and music theory to choose and prepare the new members of the Angela Peralta Choir.
The call by Maestro Antonio González, an expert in discovering voices with skills for lyrical singing, is for those who want to learn to sing and improve the voice through various techniques.
The minimum age to register is 14 years and the classes will be held from 6 to 8 pm in the choir room located in the School of Arts of the Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlan (next to the Ángela Peralta Theater).

Maestro Antonio González is founder and director of the Angela Peralta Choir, a cradle of notable voices that today stand out in the world opera such as Carlos Osuna, José Adán Pérez and Armando Piña.
During the course, students will receive general knowledge of singing and correct use of vocalization and theory techniques.
Attendees will learn from exercises to relax the muscles of the tongue, to more complex ones such as voice tuning and air flow management.
One of the objectives of the course is to get the attendees to improve their singing skills and to be able to join the prestigious Angela Peralta Choir.
