Con una amplia gama de actividades culturales del 13 al 27 de abril se realizará en la Ciudad de Durango el Festival Internacional “Ricardo Castro” 2019, así fue anunciado en la Presentación Oficial de su programación en Mazatlán, Sinaloa, por el maestro Claudio Herrera Noriega director del Instituto Municipal del Arte y la Cultura de Durango, quien estuvo acompañado de Linda Chang e Irving Campos Directora Artística y Director de Logística y Protocolo, respectivamente, del Instituto Municipal de Cultura Mazatlán.
La oferta es de más de 100 actividades en las que participarán alrededor de 500 artistas y creadores de Durango, de todo México y de países como Holanda, Armenia, Ecuador, Estados Unidos, China, Francia, Italia, España, Canadá, Ucrania, Rusia, Venezuela y Cuba.
