For the last six years, the young Carmen Martínez has been part of the Dance Inc School. At the age of four she entered, thanks to the desire to learn urban dance.

For her and her family, it has been a challenge and they are proud that she is among the youngest within her academy, mixing school activities, family and dancing has not cost much, thanks to the spark and joy that characterizes her.

She, along with her classmates and also students of H Studio Center, presented a great modern dance show at Genaro Estrada General Secondary School, in the Colonia Francisco Villa, through the program Cultura en Tu Comunidad, which continues to run through various educational establishments. the length and width of Mazatlan, thanks to the work of the Municipal Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlan.

Carmen said that this noble program has made her appreciate the opportunity to practice art, because in each presentation children and young people have shown their desire to learn but because of the few economic possibilities they ignore the cultural variety that exists in the port, but she has not allowed them.

She commented that Cultura in Your Community has served as a motivation both for students who appreciate the shows and for the dancers, because they feel proud to promote art and promote the desire of others to learn it.

A great afternoon full of music, dance and interaction was experienced by the students thanks to this program that arrives as part of Spring Season 2019.
