With a recital of contemporary, classical and urban dance before a demanding audience, dozens of local artists successfully celebrated International Dance Day, a free event that was part of Spring Season 2019 that the Municipal Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlan organized to join the celebration and commemorate the birth of Jorge Noverre, considered the creator of modern ballet.
For more than 60 minutes dancers of different ages performed with great perfection the classics of ballet, from the iconic Swan Lake, Carmen, Sor Juana, Vals del Error, Insistimos, Mundo Cruel, Frida, to folkloric dance with themes like Jalisco and Sinaloa, among others.
At the end of the different numbers, the audience surrendered in applause for the different artists, who gladly celebrated International Day of Dance.
