Starting today, Lic. José Ángel Tostado Quevedo will occupy the General Directorate of the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán after being absent from work to attend to personal matters last March.

The members of the Cultura Administration Council by unanimous vote accepted his reinstatement, during the ninth extraordinary session.

Therefore, Lic. Irving Asael Campos Valle, who had remained in charge of the General Office of the Institute, returns to the direction of Logistics and Protocol.

José Ángel Tostado Quevedo thanked all the members of the Council for their support and trust and recognized the work carried out by Campos Valle during the time that he was in charge of the Paramunicipal.

Tostado Quevedo highlighted that great events and projects are coming that will greatly benefit Mazatlan art and culture, committing to redouble efforts to continue in the mandate of the Mayor of Mazatlán, Quimico Luis Guillermo Benitez Torres, to bring culture and the arts to all the corners of the Port.
