This Friday, November 8th at 7:00 p.m., Casa Haas will become a stage of romanticism and nostalgia with the concert “Noche de Boleros”, starring soloists from the Ángela Peralta Choir, accompanied on the piano by Maestro Sergio Castellanos.
María Murillo, Director of the Ángela Peralta Choir, promises a night of sentimentality, a musical journey through time with a carefully selected repertoire of classic boleros, including: “Sabor a mi”, “Bésame mucho”, “Granada”, “Dime qué si”, “Historia de un amor”, “Perfidia”, “Cuando volver a tu lado”, “Adoro”, “Noche de ronda”, “Frenesí” and “Escándalo”
The Ángela Peralta Choir is an emblematic musical institution in Mazatlán, founded in 1998. It is named after renowned soprano Ángela Peralta, considered one of the most important voices in opera.
With more than 25 years of experience, the Ángela Peralta Choir has been directed by prominent directors such as Antonio González Guerrero (founder); and María Murillo. It has participated in numerous festivals and cultural events in Mazatlán and has collaborated with international artists.
The Mazatlán Cultural Festival 2024 offers the opportunity to experience a unique night with live music in the heart of the Centro Historico.
