The Youth Orchestra of the Municipal Center for the Arts (CMA) and the Lince Culture Chamber Orchestra (OCCLINCE) of the Autonomous University of the West are joining forces for the first time in a musical collaboration project. Next Monday, November 11th, at 6:30 pm, on the esplanade of the UAdeO, they will offer a joint concert under the direction of the maestros Juan Carlos Chavarría and Víctor Manuel Osuna.
At this special event, you will be able to enjoy masterpieces such as “Noche de los Mayas” by Silvestre Revueltas, “Nahuales y Chaneques” by Manuel Enríquez and “México de Noche” by Tomas Ponce Reyes. In addition, the “Symphonic Poem” by composer Jorge Samuel Máynez Vidal will be performed.
The CMA Youth Orchestra, made up of 30 students from the CMA Music Degree and the UAdeO OCCLINCE with 25 members, will demonstrate that unity and collaboration can lead to something truly special.
