In the first ordinary session of 2025 of the Board of Directors of the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán, with a legal quorum, councilors unanimously approved the financial statements for the months of November and December 2024, thus closing the last quarter of the year concluded with healthy finances.
The first ordinary session of the Board of Directors of the paramunicipal, was chaired by Moisés Ríos Pérez, Secretary of the H. City Council of Mazatlán, representing Estrella Palacios Domínguez, municipal president and by Raúl Rico González, General Director of CULTURA.
14 of the 16 members of the Council participated and voted in favor of the items on the agenda.
At the Council meeting, Raúl Rico González presented a report on the management of economic resources for the last two months of 2024 and gave details of the management of finances.
“The first ordinary session of the year of Cultura was held for this period, and the financial statements for November and December were considered to close the semester, October was already approved and with that it is sent to the ASE to report that it was approved by the council,” declared the General Director of Culture Mazatlán.
The following participated in the Council session: Moisés Ríos Pérez, Secretary of the H. City Council of Mazatlán; councilors Wendy Liliana Barajas, Maribel Chollet, Claudia Gabriela Luna, Rafael Mendoza, Alina Quintero and My Lay Quintero; Julio César Osuna, Director of Planning; and the citizen councilors: Jorge Fuentevilla, Sergio Romero, representing Gaspar Pruneda, Laura Patricia Díaz Aguilar representing Francisca Cázares and José Ramón Manguart.
