Sinopsis

With a stellar cast featuring Dunelí Bastidas, Gloria Manyula, and Juan Martínez, and production, set design, and lighting by Alfredo Vergara, "Los Cabos Bye Bye!" immerses us in the lives of La Magda and La Eli, two friends who share an apartment in Mazatlán and a passion for African dance. The plot addresses relevant topics such as workplace and sexual harassment in the tourism industry. Eli, harassed by her superior, Don Demerich, faces a difficult decision: accept a promotion in Los Cabos in exchange for becoming his lover, or risk losing her job. Upon learning of the situation, La Magda devises a risky plan that tests their friendship and values. A play that invites reflection on the condition of women in today's work environment, where the glamour of the tourism and recreation industries obscures difficult realities.
