The School of Professional Dance of Mazatlan I an indisputable benchmark of academic and artistic quality, becoming one of the most renowned dance centers in the country, and above all, a place full of life and projections of short, medium and long term, that generates a steadfast expectation in the community.

CO DIRECTORS

Claudia Lavista

Dancer, choreographer and teacher, she studied in the National System for the Professional Education of Dance and with the teacher Federico Castro. He has taught in multiple schools in Mexico and abroad and his choreographic and interpretive work has been praised by critics in countries such as Brazil, Venezuela, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Canada, United States, Italy, Spain, Korea, Singapore, etc.

 

 

Víctor Ruiz


Mexican dancer, cinematographer, teacher and illuminator. He has been praised by national and foreign critics for his choreographic and interpretative work. Founded in Mexico together with Claudia Lavista the company Delfos Danza Contemporánea in 1992 receiving the National Dance Award that same year. As an illuminator, he has made the lighting design for multiple shows, being awarded in 2002 and 2005 for the award for Best Illuminator of the National Dance Award. He has received scholarships and support from CONACULTA FONCA and FOECA Sinaloa, among them the Scholarship of the National System of Art Creators in two broadcasts and that of Scenic Creator with Outstanding Trajectory.
