The FCM (Festival Cultural Mazatlan) calendar spreads throughout the months of October, November and December and attracts a broad audience that fills the Angela Peralta Theater, churches, plazas and outside spaces of the urban and rural area of the municipality of Mazatlán, Sinaloa.
