Alumnos de percusiones muestran su potencial musical

Los alumnos Miguel Alduenda, Hugo Cornejo y Gabriela Rosa, uno por uno interpretaron tres piezas con instrumentos de percusión como la batería, los platillos, la marimba y el xilófono, lo cual logró hacer más dinámica la clase. Dentro del repertorio musical destacaron las obras: Morris Dance, música de la tradicional “Danza Morris” de origen inglés; Ancient Vase de Keiko Abe; Preludio No. 1 de Ney Rosauro; y la Suite Inglesa de William Kraft.
Otras piezas fueron: Una Mattina, canción de la banda sonora de la película “Amigos” compuesta por Ludovico Einaudi; y Concierto para violín en La mayor, versión adaptada para percusión.
El público despidió a los tres talentosos alumnos con fuertes aplausos.

Percussion students show their musical potential In the Experimental Forum of the School of Arts of the Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlan, first year students of the degree in percussion presented an open class under the guidance of the maestro Max J. Carreón Aguilar, to share the knowledge acquired during the school year. Students Miguel Alduenda, Hugo Cornejo and Gabriela Rosa, each performed three pieces with percussion instruments like the drums, cymbals, marimba and xylophone, which managed to make the class more dynamic. Within the musical repertoire the pieces that were highlighted: Morris Dance, music of the traditional “Morris Dance” of English origin; Ancient Vase by Keiko Abe; Prelude No. 1 by Ney Rosauro; and the English Suite by William Kraft. Other pieces were: Una Mattina, a song from the soundtrack of the movie “Amigos composed by Ludovico Einaudi; and Concerto for Violin in A major, a version for percussion. The public dismissed the three talented students with loud applause.
