Mazatlecan youth showed interest in the educational offering of the Theater Experimental Studies Center, and on the third day of auditions 17 youth of different ages attended to form part of the Technical Career in Theater Art and the Theater Workshop.
Maestro Ramón Gómez Polo, Coordinator of CEET, indicated that they were happy with the response obtained, in the evaluation, the interested youth showed aptitudes that could form a good class. The teachers who were also at the auditions were Silvia Flores, Rodrigo Muñoz, Alejandra Quintanilla and Karen Douglas.
Due to the high interest in the Technical Career, Gómez Polo indicated that in the next few days they would be making a fourth date for the auditions.
The classes will begin on August 26 for those who attend the technical level, while on September 2, those in the Theater Workshop will start the school year.
CEET has more than 10 years of existence and artists such as Ana Paola Loaiza who is currently in the National Theater Company, Pablo Lyle and María Fernanda Chacón, who have starred in Televisa telenovelas, and David Bernal Piña, who has been in an action series for the Fox network, have studied there.
