On Wednesday night, teachers and students from the Music Area of the Municipal Arts Center offered the “Gala Arte con Causa” concert at the Ángela Peralta Theater, which was part of the activities of the Mazatlan Cultural Festival 2019.
More than 100 artists showed the high level of artistic development that Mazatlan has in his music school through a program that included classical, contemporary and popular music.
The exquisite guitar repertoire offered by the Guitar Ensemble “Acoustic Energy”; The emblematic themes of The Beatles that the Children’s Choir sang, the enthusiasm and discipline of the members of the Children’s Orchestra, the energy and creative restlessness of the Percussion Ensemble and the passion and technical rigor offered by the Youth Symphony Orchestra made tonight an authentic feast for music lovers.
It should be noted that with the proceeds of this function, musical instruments, costumes, ballet shoes and other requirements will be acquired for the different schools of the Municipal Center of the Arts.
