With the participation of more than 40 pieces, thanks to the collaboration of 27 fine artists from Mazatlan as well as its surroundings, the collective exhibition “Fine Art in Literature” was inaugurated to continue the celebration of the Literary Corridor 2020.
The Angela Peralta Gallery was the ideal setting to give life to this important event that promotes creativity and provides spaces for those who have the pleasure of expressing themselves through this art.
It will be from January 24 to February 6 when the collective exhibition is in force, the entrance will be free, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Maestra Zoila Fernández, Artistic Director of the Instituto de Cultura, was the official of the event, thanking each of the participants for their efforts.
Monica Rice, CMA Teacher and in charge of Fine Arts of the institution, gave words of welcome to the dozens of people who gathered to enjoy this space, as well as to accompany the artists who made this collective work possible.
Some of the artists that made this creation possible are Roxana Hi Amillano, Thelma Flores, Jessica Vianey Macías, Tupac Ávila Ramírez, Isi, Diego Romero García, Rocío Barraza, Martha Parra, Alberto Ramírez, and Luis Gómez, among others, who sent their works based on literature, being pieces of ceramics, retouched photographic paintings and different landscapes, portraits made with free technique.
