El Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán, directed by Lic. José Ángel Tostado Quevedo, has been given the task of creating and promoting an endless number of activities and artistic numbers for all kinds of tastes and available to everyone, adapting to the new modalities, and continuing to offer a rich cultural and artistic billboard.

This Sunday the Angela Peralta Theater received the musical group ¿Porque Tuve Cuatro? Susana (voice), Mariana (voice), Israel (violin) and Daniel (voice and guitar), four Mazatlecan brothers and sisters united by the love of music and talent, shared a great concert, which kept hundreds of Mazatlecans virtually present.

With a varied repertoire between regional music, boleros, songs in English, and even originally written, such as “Imagine”, “Volver”, “La Mentira”, “Marea”, “El Sinaloense”, among others, they gave us an afternoon full of romance, musical quality, passion, joy and art.

In addition to offering their music, the four brothers and sisters shared their history with the audience and explained the emergence of this project that was born after being in confinement due to the sanitary measures in the country due to Covid 19, after a long time away from their parents’ house.

The Torres Araiza family remembered their time at the Municipal Arts Center, a place that planted teaching, experience, passion and a love for music in them, in addition to encouraging them to fight for their dreams.

With individual presentations inside and outside the country, Susana, Mariana, Israel and Daniel have stepped on big stages and shared their music with different audiences. Today they decided to return to the city that saw them grow to give back a little of how much they have kept in their hearts. With this concert they make their musical launch as a group, singing together for the first time.

The Angela Peralta Theater sheltered this great concert, to make it clear that love, music, culture and art are in full bloom in each of the Mazatlecans.
