The Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán, is preparing a great concert that will merge Mexican music with the classical orchestral genre, this April 10, the Ángela Peralta Theater will receive Casimiro and Su Majestad Mi Banda el Mexicano who in a unique and novel concert will be accompanied musically by the Orchestra of the Instituto de Cultura.
This show will benefit the Music School of the Municipal Arts Center, with the intention of positioning and promoting new cultural and artistic projects in the Port.
At a press conference, Lic. José Ángel Tostado Quevedo, Director of the Instituto de Cultura, along with Casimiro, the members of Su Majestad Mi Banda el Mexicano and Sergio Freeman, Director of the Orchestra, gave all the details of this great event that will be carried out within the activities of the Spring Season 2021.
Tostado Quevedo specified that the musical fusion of this show will serve as a tribute to the great trajectory of this proudly Mazatlan group and that through its music it has crossed borders.
For his part, Casimiro thanked the support of the Government of Mazatlán, led by the Mayor, Quimico Luis Guillermo Benitez and the Instituto de Cultura for allowing the dream of combination of Mexican music with classical music to crystallize, making for a unique show that they had intended to undertake for years.
The concert will be held on April 10, at 8:00 p.m. at the Ángela Peralta Theater, the cost of tickets is $500 pesos orchestra, $400 first balcony, $300 second balcony and $250 third balcony, which are on sale at the Theater Box Office from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
It should be noted that during this concert the capacity of the Theater is opened to 45 percent, with the intention of respecting all health, prevention and healthy distance guidelines.
