Lights, simulation of snow, Christmas pines, magic and color from the lobby of the majestic Angela Peralta Theater, the public was received with all the feeling of the Christmas season, a great decoration that opened the curtain to experience a great gala show.
The Angela Peralta Theater Orchestra directed by Juan Pablo García, the Compañía Ballet de Mazatlán directed by Guillermo Carrillo, the Ballet Folclórico de Cultura led by Javier Arcadia, the Guillermo Sarabia Choir, Angela Peralta Choir and the Children’s Choir of the Centro Municipal de Artes directed by Martha Félix, Mary Murillo and Mariela Angulo, were in charge of adding their talents and capacities to bring together a high quality event, one of the best of the year.
Between Santa, sleighs, trains, dance, ballet, singing, music, light, sound, atmosphere and a great audience, the night became the perfect setting to celebrate the best of Christmas through pieces like “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”, “Marcha Cascanueces”, “Christmas Spectacular”, “Joy to the World”, “Oh Holy Night”, “White Christmas”, “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year”, “Hallelujah”, “Niño del Tambor”, “Gatatumba”, “Somos Inditaralas”, “Vamo Turu a Belen”, “El Burrito Sabanero”, “Santa Claus Llegó a la Ciudad”, “Noche de Paz” and “Popurrí Navideño”.
Brayan Camargo, Mariela Ángulo, José Miguel Valenzuela, Rodolfo Ituarte, Jorge Echeagaray and Laura Leyva were the soloists who presented their enormous voices to enrich the Gala.
Thanks to the dedication and great talent of each of the artists, the public erupted in applause as they enjoyed a unique event in Mazatlán that highlights the cultural and artistic quality that exists in the Port, thanks to the efforts of the Government of Mazatlán directed by thel Mayor, Quimico Luis Guillermo Benitez Torres and the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte led by Lic. José Ángel Tostado Quevedo who presented with this great show the last event of the year at the Angela Peralta.
Tomorrow, Saturday, there will be another function of this Christmas Gala, starting at 7:30 p.m., the tickets for this last function are completely sold out.
