Casa Haas will host an unforgettable night, when beautiful opera arias will be performed this Tuesday, May 24 at 7:00 p.m. in the “Love Stories” concert, where the protagonists will be the great voices of Karen Barraza and Mack Whitney, accompanied by pianist Juan Pablo García.
This event is part of the successful billboard of Spring Season 2022, organized by the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán, where thousands of people of all ages have been part of the different events that are promoted, such as singing, theater, dance, ballet, painting and literature.
Karen Barraza is a Mazatlecan soprano with an international career, she has performed in different theaters in Mexico, the United States and Europe, she is a talent that emerged from the Municipal Center for the Arts, while Mack Whitney is an American tenor with a solid artistic career.
Some of the melodies that will be performed are part of the opera “La Bohéme” and “Madama Butterfly”, works by the legendary Giacomo Puccini; “Elixir of Love” by Gaetano Donizetti; “Manon”, by Jules Massenet; “La T” by Giuseppe Verdi, among others.
For the night of the concert, attendees can purchase their tickets at the Angela Peralta Theater box office, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, while on Saturday it is from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. tickets cost cost $200 pesos per person.
