Directly from Mexico City, the “Benemérito de las Américas” Folklore Group will offer a great show this Saturday, June 25th, in the program Cultura in your Community in the Casas Económicas neighborhood.
The national artists will present pre-Hispanic dances, regional dances and the most representative of their geographical area, which is a source of inspiration throughout the country.
For this occasion, the stage will be located at the intersection of José Robles and Héctor González streets. The fiesta will start at 6:00 p.m.
Literature will also be part of the programming, storyteller Brissia Carolina López Zamudio will take the stage and develop great stories.
Cultura in your Community is the traveling program that the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán has, it was created by the Director, José Ángel Tostado Quevedo, to bring culture and the arts to all corners of Mazatlán, and thus comply with the charge of Mayor Luis Guillermo Benitez Torres to promote healthy recreation with quality events. It is worth mentioning that the event is completely free.
