In the category of Carnaval Fiesta with the greatest tradition and color
Carnaval Internacional Mazatlán won the Best of Mexico Award granted by México Desconocido in the category “Carnaval Fiesta with the greatest tradition and color.”
México Desconocido is a print and digital medium that is dedicated to the dissemination of places of tourist interest and the natural and cultural wealth of Mexico.
In the month of February of this year, through its website, Carnaval Internacional de Mazatlán was nominated in the “Best of Mexico” awards and competed in the category of “Carnaval Fiesta with the greatest tradition and color”.
Voting was open to users of the website of the magazine “Mexico Desconocido.”
This Tuesday, Carnval Mazatlan was declared the winner during the celebration of the 47th edition of the Tianguis Turístico held in CDMX.
The Tianguis Turístico is one of the most important business forums in the country where the promotion and marketing of the tourism sector covers national and international levels.
The award was received by the Secretary of Tourism of the State of Sinaloa, Estrella Palacios Domínguez, accompanied by the current Queen of Carnaval Internacional de Mazatlán, SGM Alejandra I; by the Queen of the Floral Games, SGM Uma I and the King of Carnaval Mazatlan, SGM Víctor II.
