This weekend, a magical adaptation of “Historias de un Grillo” returns to the stage, a fusion of Cri Cri songs with recorded music, classical ballet and the characterization of characters from the ingenious imagination of Francisco Gabilondo Soler.

Given the success achieved by this show that filled the four performances presented in Spring Season at the Ángela Peralta Theater, the Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán decided to stage “Historias de un Grillo” on outdoor stages in neighborhoods and in the rural area.

Through the “Cultura in your Community” program, Historias de un Grillo will arrive this Friday, May 12th at 8:00 p.m. in the square of Colonia Adolfo López Mateos and on Saturday, May 13th at 6:00 p.m. a function in the square of the Sindicatura de El Roble.

Dancers from the Municipal School of Classical Ballet of the Instituto de Cultura of Mazatlán participate.

In both presentations the public will enjoy the choreography of maestra Zoila Fernández in the interpretation of children’s classics such as “La Patita”, “La marcha de las letras”, “La merienda”, “Fiesta de los zapatos”, “El Chorrito”, “Che spider”, “Chong ki fu”, “The wardrobe”, “The ugly doll” and “The cowboy mouse”, among others.
