The Juglarías group starred in an emotional and romantic afternoon on the “Literary Thursday” of Casa Haas, with their concert “Duelo de la noche herida”, which was part of the Mazatlán Cultural Festival 2024.
With a perfect mix of bohemian music, poetry and nostalgia, the artists Lupita Cárdenas, Eunice Murua (vocalists), José Ramón Rojas Garzón, Ileana Osuna, Cristóbal Vallejo (choir and guitar) and Mirla Osuna, on percussion, captivated the public with their interpretations of songs such as “Ixhuateca”, “La muerte”, “Hasta la raíz” and “Fallaste corazón”.
The literary part of the event was led by Cárdenas and Murua, who read poems of great emotional depth, such as “La Caverna” and “El poeta pedir a su amor.”
The event was organized by the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán, and was coordinated by María Muñiz. At the end of the concert, the participants received recognition for their outstanding performance.
