Recognized for their great artistic level and their collaborations on the most important jazz stages in the world, singers Louise Phelan and Paco de María are in Mazatlán to sing in the Danza Sinatra show that will be presented on Friday, November 8 and Saturday, November 9 at 8 p.m. at the Ángela Peralta Theater.

Louise Phelan is originally from Limerick, Ireland, and has been performing in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Cyprus, the United States, Canada, and Mexico for over 25 years. She works for Sony, BMG & Universal, and Nordic Music Entertainment Scandinavia.

Louise has performed at world-renowned jazz and musical festivals throughout Latin America, and has a passion for jazz, blues, and world music. Her voice has been taken to embassies in Mexico and Ireland, also participating in Havana, Cuba at the Eurojazz Festival 2014, 2022 and 2023. He is regularly invited to television programs (TV Azteca, Televisa, Canal 22, Foro TV and Once TV).

Paco de María has 4 studio productions and 1 album (deluxe), which includes a repertoire of the great songs of the 40s, boleros covered with a Big Band sound.

He is the winner of the Lunas del Auditorio in 2017, he is a talented young man with an incomparable style, Paco de María has evolved the Big Band sound by fusing it with Jazz, Pop, Bossa Nova, Latin Jazz, Mariachi, swing, Ballad and Rock rhythms.

He has shared the stage with Paul Anka, Raúl di Blasio and Juan Gabriel, has performed 14 times at the Lunario, has been part of the “Big Band Fest”, his 2017 award at the Lunas del Auditorio was in the “Jazz and blues” category with his show “Paco de María: México suena a Big Band” which was presented at the “Esperanza Iris” City Theater.
Danza Sinatra is a show made up of the Mazatlán Ballet Company, the Camerata Big Band and guest soloists, undoubtedly a must-see at the Mazatlán Cultural Festival 2024.
