The Camerata Mazatlán surprised with a high-quality concert during the Grupo Coppel convention at the Convention Center. The guest director was composer Rodrigo Macías, current director of the State of Mexico Symphony Orchestra.
The musical evening thrilled the audience with the melodies and impressive voices of actress and singer Christine Allado, who has participated in films, series and was nominated for a Grammy and baritone Tomás Castellanos, a singer who has participated in more than 30 productions in ballet, opera, operetta, zarzuela and musical theater.
Rodrigo Macías recognized the musicians of the Camerata Mazatlán and asked for a strong applause for their outstanding performance.
“It is a musical group that belongs to Mazatlán and sounds great. It represents this great city and its society, which considers that culture is important for us, to complement us,” said the renowned orchestra director.
Macías invited the public to come closer to the orchestra and experience the magic of live music.
“It is a unique experience, not only spiritual and intellectual, but also biological, where the heart beats in a different way,” he said.
