Casa Haas was the scene of an emotional concert of French music and poetry, directed by teacher Eduardo Tapia.
The romantic evening transported the public to a world of dreams and emotions, with melodies and poems that spoke of life, love and hope. The artists who participated in the concert were Eduardo Tapia, Ivonne Quijas, Rode Ríos, Citlali Cisneros on cello and Juan Pablo García on piano.
Among the pieces performed were “Nocturne”, “Léna maurée”, “La Barcheta” and “Hymne á lámour”. During the concert, young artist Karely Colio created a painting inspired by what she was feeling at that moment, which was put up for sale to support her artistic career.
The audience showed their enthusiasm with applause and cheers, and Eduardo Tapia thanked the audience for the opportunity to share his passion. “Thank you very much for allowing my heart to enter your ears,” he said.
