The Mazatlán Municipal Institute of Culture, Tourism, and Art invites participation in National Public Tender No. IC-001/2026. This tender concerns the contract for exclusive rights to preferential beer sales during the various events of the Mazatlán International Carnival 2027, scheduled for February 4–9.
The tender specifications will be available for review and purchase starting today through Wednesday, August 26, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at the Culture offices located at Avenida Miguel Alemán No. 203, in the city center (Colonia Centro).
Payment for the tender specifications must be made at the CULTURA offices via electronic transfer, certified check, or cashier’s check issued by a credit institution—preferably a local one—payable to the Mazatlán Municipal Institute of Culture, Tourism, and Art.
Proposals must comply with the requirements established in the call for bids and the corresponding documentation.
The submission and opening of proposals will take place on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., at the same location. Finally, the tender award decision will be announced on Monday, September 7, 2026, also at 12:00 p.m.
Through this public process, the Institute of Culture moves forward with organizing the Mazatlán International Carnival 2027—themed “We Love Our Traditions”—which will once again bring together Mazatlán residents and visitors for one of the country’s most iconic cultural and popular celebrations.
