Casa Haas will host the premiere of *Flor de tres raíces* (Flower of Three Roots), an original musical produced by Estudio Vocal VOCE. This production brings together distinguished performers and a live mariachi band to pay tribute to the legacy of José Alfredo Jiménez through a narrative that intertwines fiction with biographical events. The performance will take place on Friday, September 18, at 7:00 p.m. at Casa Haas.

The production presents a timeless and mysterious encounter between three legends of Mexican music: Lola Beltrán, Chavela Vargas, and Lucha Villa. Through their memories, confrontations, and live music, the performers reveal the indelible mark the composer from Guanajuato left on their careers and personal lives, exploring themes such as love, memory, and cultural roots.

The repertoire includes live arrangements of iconic classics such as “Un mundo raro,” “El último trago,” “La media vuelta,” “Ella,” and “Si nos dejan,” as well as a special medley featuring “El Rey” and “Paloma Negra.”
