Karla Granados, a renowned performer within the Talento Discovery program since her participation on June 6 at the Music Day Festival, successfully performed on the night of September 15 before hundreds of attendees to mark the festivities of the Cry of Independence.

With a repertoire dedicated to the country’s folkloric richness, the singer offered a vibrant musical tour inspired by different regions of Mexico through the interpretation of Mexican Watercolor. To close with a flourish, he paid an emotional tribute to the remembered singer-songwriter Juan Gabriel with the song The Difference.

“I always tell my colleagues, students and friends not to let Mexican music die, because the truth is it is a jewel that we have and that we must preserve,” he expressed.
