Newly enrolled students in the technical programs at the Municipal Center for the Arts (CMA) attended an orientation session at the center’s cinema. There, they were introduced to the academic model, school organization, and the facilities where they will undergo their professional training.
The session was led by Education Coordinator Xóchitl Quintero and Prefect Adrián Juárez, who provided the students with the information needed to begin this new chapter with clarity, a sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm.
During the presentation, it was explained that the CMA offers technical training in Music, Theater Arts, Visual Arts, and Classical Ballet.
The meeting also served to introduce key staff members: Víctor Osuna (Music and Voice Coordinator), Manolo Díaz (Theater Coordinator), Joely Berrelleza (Assistant Director), Kitzia Hernández (Social Service and Credit Validation), and Claudia Alduenda (Administrative Head of the Education Department).
The new students toured the Music Museum, percussion studios, and visual arts spaces, among other classrooms and areas that will play a significant role in their academic lives.
With this initial introduction, the new students embark on a journey of discipline, learning, and creativity, where they can develop their talents and transform their artistic calling into a lifelong pursuit.
In addition to its technical programs, the CMA offers workshops in Music, Theater, Visual Arts, Classical Ballet, Folkloric Ballet, Opera, Children’s Choir, the Ángela Peralta Choir, Regional Band, Literature, and Cinematography.
