Cash donations given by individuals or corporations to carry out artistic and cultural projects are 100% deductible, using the receipt issued by culture for that purpose.
The Institute promises to efficiently apply a timely and transparent report of support received to stimulate social participation in the cultural and artistic development of the municipality.
As for the municipality, it is legally constituted by Municipal Decree 03, Cultura is authorized by the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público to receive tax-deductible donations.
