SPRING SEASON
The season is celebrated from the beginning of spring with the intention of giving continuity to the artistic billboard of the Municipal Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlan.
The Spring Season resorts to artists of great social recognition and prestige, who dignify with their performances the festival of culture that precedes the activities of the Mazatlan Cultural Festival and the Carnival program.
