SUPERIOR SCHOOL OF SONG

The Superior School of Singing of the Institute of Culture of Mazatlan opened its classrooms in 2004, after years of patient and passionate formative work of the teachers Antonio González, Enrique Patrón de Rueda, Martha Félix and Daniel Villegas (+) in charge of groups like the Angela Peralta Choir and the Guillermo Sarabia Choir.

The artistic and didactic capacity of this teaching body, began to trigger the emergence of voices capable of highlighting in the most important stages of Mexico and the world, so it was necessary to build a high performance educational center able to meet the highest academic standards. elevated.

In its nine years of existence, the Superior School of Singing of the Institute of Culture of Mazatlán, has achieved the official registration before the Secretariat of Public Education and Culture and counts on the Recognition of Official Validity of Studies before the SEP (COE).

In their classrooms have been trained talented artists from Buenos Aires that today are able to adapt and shine in the main musical institutions of the planet, including Carlos Osuna, Adán Pérez, Armando Piña, Andrés Carrillo, Penelope Luna, Rebeca de Rueda, Adriana de León, Adriana Romero and Jéssika Arévalo, who have excelled in operatic singing competitions nationally and internationally and have obtained scholarships to continue their vocal training in some of the most important houses of the national and world opera.
