Don Quijote Suite

Company

Dance Ballet of Mazatlan

Don Quixote is a ballet originally prepared in four acts and eight scenes, based on chapter XIX of the second book of “The Ingenious Hidalgo Don Quixote de la Mancha”, original by Miguel de Cervantes.
The Mazatlan proposal recreates two acts and three scenes.

With a scenic production made entirely at home, the Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlan, will try to convince the public of the scenic, technical and artistic quality of the members of the institutional Company, formed by brilliant dancers just graduated from the most relevant ballet schools of Mexico and Cuba.

Zoila Fernández, teacher, essayist, artistic producer and director of the Municipal School of Classical Ballet of Mazatlán along with Guillermo Carrillo, are the artistic authors of this production.
