La benemérita institución será la responsable de canalizar los donativos a la población afectada por el terremoto de 7.1 grados que dejó decenas de muertos y severas afectaciones en seis estados de la República Mexicana.
El centro de acopio sigue abierto las 24 horas en las oficinas de Cultura –Av. Miguel Alemán 203- y en el Teatro Ángela Peralta se recibirá la ayuda, del 23 al 30 de septiembre.
La idea es que a partir de las 19:00 horas, el público que acuda a las funciones del Festival Internacional de Teatro “Escena Mazatlán”, aporte un donativo antes de las funciones.

Red Cross receives donations for earthquake victims The Instituto de Cultura de Mazatlán delivered the supplies and necessities that have been donated by the public of Mazatlan to the Red Cross, to help those affected by last Tuesday’s earthquake. The honorable institution will be responsible for channeling the donations to the population affected by the 7.1 earthquake that left many dead and severe affe3cts in six states of the Mexican Republic. The collection center is still open 24 hours a day at the offices of Cultura on Av. Miguel Aleman #203, and the Angela Peralta Theater will take donations from the 23rd to 30th of September. The idea is that starting at 7 pm, the audience that attends the functions of the International Theater Festival “Escena Mazatlan”, could provide a donation before the functions.
