With the presentation of the book “Pure instinct”, by Mazatlecan writer Giovanni Carlo, this Wednesday, April 19th at 5:00 p.m., the program Dialogues of our history returns to the literary corridor.
In this literary afternoon, the local poet will present his work, which he says, were three years of intense work, spontaneous inspiration, and above all training to shape this copy that will be liked by whoever reads each of his verses.
Alonso Guerra, coordinator of Literature at the Municipal Center for the Arts, will be at the presentation where, as in previous installments, a forum full of people of all ages is expected, and that they participate to exchange ideas between writers and forums, highlighting the essence of this free event.
Giovanni Carlo is a writer from Mazatlan, he studied at the Instituto Tecnológico de Mazatlán, he is a student of Melly Peraza and Juan José Rodríguez. He attended the contemporary poetry workshop “Las tres islas”, taught by Samir Delgado; to the workshop “Poesía como oficio de la palabra” taught by Sergio García, among other literary studies.
This event is part of the calendar of activities of Spring Season 2023, a cultural platform that is successfully organized by the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán.
