Continuing the task of promoting culture and the arts throughout Mazatlán, the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte, directed by José Ángel Tostado Quevedo at the request of the Mayor, Quimico Luis Guillermo Benitez Torres, through the “Cultura para Todos” (cultura for all) program will offer great artistic activities this Saturday, the 30th at the Parque Lineal.
The event begins at 5:30 p.m., in front of Plaza Acaya, as the first activity, librarian Pedro Aguiar will take the stage to tell great literary stories and interact with the public with different games.
Later the stage will be filled with a fiesta with the participation of the Ballet Folclórico of the Instituto de Cultura directed by maestro Javier Arcadia who will interpret different dance numbers from the states of Jalisco and Veracruz.
To end the program, soloists from the Ángela Peralta Choir will share their music with great pieces such as “México Lindo y Querido”, “La Bikina” and “Aires del Mayab”.
It should be noted that during the event there will be specific personnel to ensure the care of citizens by implementing guidelines for health, prevention and healthy distances.
