This Friday, March 17th at 7:00 p.m., the photographic exhibition “Culturas” by René González Rodríguez is inaugurated at the Rubio Gallery.

Regarding the work of this artist with the lens, Gabriel Miranda highlights: “From René’s lens, it is not only possible to capture images, tradition, worlds.”

“The humble humanities are also trapped in his lens, showing us complicit and simple looks, faces dressed in culture and tradition, which time has sealed with wise wrinkles in its wake, characteristic marks of those who jealously guard the identity of each one of them. their different and similar peoples”.

Artist René fulfills this task thanks to his vision of a world without obstacles or borders, armed with his camera and with color as the protagonist, he gives us this exhibition as a window to the now of the sister nations, most of them distant in distance but close. in their sacred cultures. Portraits of people individually anonymous but who collectively represent us.

René González entered the Colegio de Fotografía de Occidente where he studied a diploma in photography that concluded in March 2013, since then he has been active and has shared his artistic work individually and collectively in different galleries in the country.

The exhibition will be open to the public until May 19. Free access without a ticket.
