Primero el Kiosco de la emblemática Plazuela Machado recibirá al Sinaloa Jazz Ensamble, integrado por músicos de Los Mochis, Mazatlán y Culiacán, que ofrecerán estándares de jazz y temas contemporáneos para calentar el ambiente. Posteriormente la velada musical continuará con Marc Fabbricatore, reconocido como uno de los pianistas más interesantes del nuevo jazz francés, con su proyecto Blue Sarape que se propone enloquecer al público mazatleco con una propuesta que mezcla tradición y renovación integrada por los músicos: Alan Fajardo (trompeta), Marc Fabbricatore (piano), Vico Díaz (leona) y Archi Salcedo (batería).
Las actividades de este día terminan con una sesión de jazz jam en el restaurante Pedro y Lola, con músicos de ambas agrupaciones. La entrada a ambas presentaciones es libre.
