On Friday night, Casa Haas received singer Rebeca de Rueda who starred in the concert “Besos en mis sueños” (kisses in my dreams), which is part of the “Music Friday” program of the Festival Cultural Mazatlán 2020 of the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán.
Accompanied by guitarist Luis Ornelas and the tenor Alejandro Yepez, De Rueda made an exquisite journey through classic songs of Mexican music such as “Piensa en mí”, “Entrega total”, “Tú me acostumbraste”, “Ella”, “Un mundo raro”, “La malagueña”, “Paloma negra”, “Cucurru cucu Paloma”, “Nocturnal”, “Besos robados” and “Nunca”, to name a few.
In each piece the refined technique of the singers shone, as well as the rich range of emotions of these songs, which, for generations, have enchanted Mexicans and millions of hearts around the world.
The audience thanked them with their applause with each performance of these talented artists, full of passion for promoting the great musical heritage of Mexico.
