With more than 30 years of prestige, the Ángela Peralta Choir will begin an induction course on Monday, March 6th to select the new voices that will join its ranks.
María Murillo, Director of the renowned polyphonic institution, indicated that she will be the one who from Monday, March 6th to Friday, March 10th, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., will attend to interested people in the choir room inside the Center Municipal de las Artes, located next to Plazuela Machado on Carnaval S/N street, Colonia Centro.
“It is a course for people who want to enter the choir, we are going to give a class on singing, breathing, vocalization, a little solfeggio and it is a taste of what is involved when entering the Ángela Peralta Choir. It is aimed at people over 15 years of age who want to enter, except for age we have no other restriction,” said the choir director.
To enroll in the induction course, you must call 6699 824447, and you will have to attend rehearsals from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
During the first semester of 2023, the Ángela Peralta Choir will have presentations in the Cultura in your Community, Spring Season and Music Day programs organized by the Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán.
