The Instituto Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán began the reactivation of the municipal libraries under its charge with the Literary Thursdays program, which is being carried out within the Festival Cultural Mazatlán 2020.
For the second Thursday in a row, the Libraries Manuel Bonilla de la Colonia Centro, Eng. Manuel Clouthier de la Francisco Villa, the Margarita Ramírez de González Library of Infonavit El Conchi, Carlos McGregor de la Colonia Benito Juárez and the libraries of the communities of El Quelite, El Recodo and Villa Unión were active with interactive reading circles.
With drawing, crossword, reading, talks and games, children and young people enjoyed the afternoon learning and practicing the habit of reading.
This noble program promoted by the Instituto de Cultura directed by José Ángel Tostado Quevedo will be carried out free of charge every week with the aim of creating recreational spaces for healthy recreation and promotion of reading, taking care of all health protocols and healthy distancing.
