With different recreational and cultural activities, this Saturday, January 23, the Municipal Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlán, will launch the program “Culture for Everyone”, a free event that will be held in the Parque Lineal, in front of the commercial plaza, and it will start at 6:00 p.m.

Those interested will be able to appreciate a painting sample class that maestro Miguel Flores will give with the support of maestra Monica Rice to their student,s this in order to show the great local talent and the experience of the teachers of the Municipal Center of Arts.

An attraction for the girls and boys attending will be the stories that maestra María Guadalupe Veneranda Páez will tell, storytellers of a high level from the Port of Mazatlán.

At the premiere will be the Classical Ballet Company of the Instituto de Cultura, which offers a varied program where through the elegant movements of dance and the strength of the dancers, they will perform beautiful choreographies that will delight all attendees.

In addition, tenor Mario Canela will be accompanied on the piano by Juan Pablo García, who will offer a repertoire with songs such as “Parlami d´amore”, “Ideale”, “Besos Robados” y “Despedida”.

The objective of this activity is to bring the fine arts to more places, promoting local talent, all in a responsible way, applying the pertinent sanitary measures and implementing healthy distance.

José Ángel Tostado Quevedo, General Director of the Instituto de Cultura, indicated that during the months of January and February the “Calendar of Cultural Activities” will be held, a series that began on the right foot by having a positive response from the audience in quality events and that will offer a varied program for all tastes.
