Invited by the Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlán to participate in the theater festival, the company Teatro de Ciertos Habitantes directed by Claudio Valdés Kuri, will stage this playful show, full of humor and lucidity.

In this story created by Mónica Hoth and Claudio Valdés Kuri, Don Quixote uses the evocative power of the book as a means of transportation, which, opened at random, leads the public to fascinating episodes of the imaginary of the masterpiece of the Spanish language.

Don Quixote de la Mancha has remained alive since it was conceived by Cervantes to the present day. He wonders if it has a life of its own or is it an invention of its author.

In this staging, in the company of a young spectator, the knight-errant engineer will find himself involved in a maelstrom of Cervantes and contemporary stories in which he will go after his greatest enemy, the sorcerer Festón, who has now become the Giant of Apathy that crushes the desires of the public.
