The program Cultura in your Community is becoming a tool that helps to fight the social problems that prevail within schools such as bullying, cyberbullying, and addictions, among others. This, thanks to the exhibition of urban art and other expressions that are takene to some schools.
The General Secondary School number 6 “Cuauhtémoc” became the new institution that was visited by personnel of the Municipal Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlan, where more than 600 students of the morning shift had fun and interacted with the group H. Studio.
It was thanks to the urban beat and modern dances such as popping, breaking, and freestyle, which helped the perfect combination to introduce urban culture to the students who are on the campus located in the Jacarandas district.
Marcelo Enrique Poot Calderón, Deputy Director of the school, thanked the Instituto de Cultura for the free artistic show that was shared with their students, wishing that they would soon return to reinforce the values and discover the talent that is in their ranks.
