After an invigorating day of asanas, meditation and “holi powder”, the 2019 edition of Holi Fest Mazatlán came to an end with an electrifying concert by Camarata Mazatlan, at the Mazatlan International Center.
The Instituto de Cultura, Turismo y Arte de Mazatlan, supported this beautiful family event dedicated to creating harmony and awareness among locals with the participation of one of its main musical groups.
The artists directed by maestro Percival Álvarez, delivered a powerful and beautiful repertoire that opened with “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen, which featured the special participation of singer Gonzalo Magaña.
Later, the cellos, flutes, violins, piano and double bass maintained their marriage with the electric guitar and drums to give life to the great themes of legendary rock bands like The Police, The Scorpions, The Doors, Kiss, The Beatles, The Beatles , Coldplay or The Rolling Stones that inflamed the hearts of the attendees of this beautiful event that is beginning to become a Mazatlan tradition.
